Finally, after having an offer on the table with Bayview Loan Servicing since August 2011, we closed this week.  It was a condo that sold for $46000.  The only reason the buyer extended the offer so long was because he is blind and this was the perfect location for him.  But Bayview takes way too long to approve these sells.  The condo was to go to foreclosure the day before the closing.  Bayview didn't even know to postpone the sale until I kept calling several times a day for weeks.

Definitely not a fan of BayView Loan Servicing -- we initiated our short sale with them back in DEC, and negotiator assigned was on vacation until the 1st of the year.  Finally was able to get working with the assistant who took forever. Finally got confirmation last week that our file had a status of "Pending Approval" & that we had been submitted to the investor (Freddie Mac).  Negotiator first indicated that we'd have a response in 7-10bus days, but general email status response is that it'd take 4-6wks! Yikes! Getting pretty frustrated & trying to keep everyone in the game.  Does any one have any experience with BayView & Freddie Mac as investor??

I have 2 contacts that have mailboxes accepting messages, STILL DOES NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE. I feel I have left hundreds of voicemails, sent emails and still nothing. This short sale has been in since 1/18. I just don't know what to do anymore with this one.

I have left voicemails for three different contacts and have received nothing in returns. Is there anyone with any sort of upper level contact for this group? Bayview has been simply awful and the seller who desperately needs to short sell their house is the only one who loses.

I  now have contact information for those holding my file but no response back to emails or calls. Nothing seems to be happening.

Full mailboxes on mine too- transferred from BOA. We have an offer, HUD in and the person assigned went on vacation for 3 weeks, her supervisor has a full mailbox and so does everyone else that I try for. Finally got an email that they had received 3 emails from me and were swamped.

Everyone I am given the contact number for, has a full mailbox.  Can't even leave a message.  Before Christmas I left messages for several, and have never got a call back.  But my homeowner talked to one of them, and that person said that they have everything they need.  That's a bunch of bologna.
