Question please....is there anyway of getting  a file escalated with Bayview? I submitted a full short sale packet back on March 9th...it has been sent three times now where Bayview says they do not have it still. The assigned negotiator Geeta does not return phone calls...I left a few messages for her supervisor Amy. I AM GETTING NO WHERE AND WASTING A BUYERS TIME...Any suggestions or contact info? When I call Celar I feel like i am in another country and still getting no where. Please help me/seller and buyers!

Woohooooo- finally an Approval letter!  Now to go to a quick close as the offer was cash and everyone has hung in there since 2011!

Just had a very quick Cenlar/Bayview Loan Servicing approval. Great negotiator.

Kay- Now I am getting worried- that is just wrong on all accounts. Bayview certainly is not getting good reviews on this site.

I am authorized on the account, then they email the broker, (who is not authorized by name).  It was a BOA loan transferred to Bayview, when we were told HAFA authorization was coming.  There it sits.  I have sent in updated docs, and called and called.  Most of the time VM is full.  Then when I get someone, they transfer me to VM for who I am supposedly suppose to talk to.  When I can leave a VM, they never return the call.  Then they tell the broker, in order to do a short sale, they need all documents, and list them.  Also they say if I have an approval from BOA they need to know.  So essentially it would be starting over!  Also, great news, there is a second on this one, and they are unresponsive.  Meantime the homeowner has filed bankruptcy.  Even though a short sale can still be done, I suggested she check to see if it is really beneficial to her.  I never quit, but something tells me this is the time to do so.

Closed on March 14, 2012 on a short sale with Bayview Loan Servicing, then they foreclosed on March 21, 2012.......after receiving the funds and approving the short sale.  Today is 4-11-12 and we are just now getting Bayview Loan Servicing to speak to us and do something about this.  Buyer is getting eviction notices.

Got another email from the Bayview Neg saying I would have the approval letter by noon Monday- it is Wed. Neg emailed saying they know we need an approval but they are busy in meetings. The buyers have been living with relatives since last year waiting for a close.

Got an email apologizing for the delay in getting an approval. Bayview says they will postpone the Sheriff's sale in May to give the buyer time to close. This is a Freddie and we started back in 2011 with the same buyer- wow I am setting a record for my longest coming approval (and I still do not officially have it).

Pending short sale since November and we are still waiting for Bayview. This is absolutely ridiculous and someone needs to be held accountable.

Kay,

Congratulations on your closing!!  This is quite a feat, especially considering that Bayview is the bank.  Do you have an escalation contact or did you just have to keep calling their main number again and again?
