I just canceled a listing over auction.com I feel like I'm throwing my long time customers to the wolves. It really sucks. I sold these folks their house 7 years ago after listing and selling their other home. Now they are being forced to use a service they don't want and because of this they are not able to work with their own real estate broker.

Unless things change I have done my last Nationstar short sale.

I will never be forced to use a service I don't want. The beauty of being self employed.
