Congratulations, Tom, on the quick turn-around. Who was your negotiator?

Anyone know if Wells servicing for US Bank is requiring Auction.com?  I noticed A.com on the Notice of Trustee Sale....

Tia Tatum from HUD just called to say the ATP has at last been issued and I will be receiving it today.  I am so grateful for these hard working professionals at HUD!

Glad all worked out.  Wish I would hear something on mine.  Had a call yesterday from my co- lister that said an appraiser called to schedule another appraisal and the asset management company had asked that he do it.  This doesn't sound good to me.  Even though our sale is scheduled for April 2, it sounds like they don't plan to do the short sale if the asset management company is involved.

I am happy to report my Wells Fargo Angel, Monica Martinez called me to say the foreclosure was suspended for 30 days and the negotiator is processing the offer I sent her.  We will likely need an additional extension as the buyer needs time for his loan and inspections.  But, at least the seller has a fair shot at a short sale:)

Thank you all.

Wow!  Now I'm jealous as I have'nt gotten a response from HUD yet.  Please share the number you called as the one I called said someone would get back with me, but haven't yet.   [email protected]

I want to thank Sharon, Linda, Rochelle and many others who jumped in with advice and contact on my WF impending sale date issue.  I did open a ticket with HUD and got a call back from their counselor just a few HOURS later.  I also sent a message in equator asking for help and noting that I had contacted HUD and a very pleasant Short Sale Escalation Department Manager called and asked me to fax the best offer (I have 3!) to them and I additionally emailed it to her.  She told me she would now be my single point of contact and to call her directly! WOW!

In the same time frame, Tracy King, suggested by Sharon, also called saying she had escalated the file and would see what could be done to stop the sale.

I don't know what will come of it all...it isn't done yet....but thank you all so much for spending your personal time to help fellow agents out!  Ya'll (a southern expression-LOL) rock!  Smiles from Tennessee:)

Sharon,  You are in a more progressive state, and I envy that.  My aunt was a top broker there  many, many  years ago as part of the old Tom Jackson group in Scottsdale, and Arizona seems to operate at a higher level all around in our industry.  I came to Nevada  from Colorado 25 years ago, and Nevada still has quite a way to go. I think we are a deficiency state more by accident and lack of oversight, than by any advanced planning.
