Has anybody ever had major issues come up in the home inspection after wachovia issued the short sale approval and gone back for a credit or price reduction due to what came up in the inspection? Wachovia already had an interior appraisal done before they issued the SS approval. Thanks.
Does anybody know how Wachovia treats offers with VA loans? We had an offer pending review which was a conventional loan, but buyers walked. We have a back-up offer but it's a VA loan. Not sure how negotiator will respond.
Yes Sara. Fast Track will be a pre approved short sale program with an area manager. It's an internal program that gives incentives far better than HAFA. Up to $10k to 2nd, $3k to seller, no prom/cash contributions, investment or primary and counters responded too right away. They must be portfolio loans though.
Wells HAFA will just be that...HAFA program.
Hope this helps.
Anyone know the real difference between Wachovia Fast Track and Wachovia or Wells Fargo HAFA short sale? Thanks.
