Im a seller, having tried three times to initate the HAFA process at UTLS.  The first two times, we opened the file and then it was closed becasue of "failure to provide the requested documents".  Trouble is, no one ever contacted us and asked for anything at all.  Just the opposite, we were calling every couple of days, never able to get our negotiator, but sometimes got a "document specialist" who would tell us we were in underwriting and everything was on track.

 

So now we are in for the third time.  Everyone we have talked to in the past is gone - our assigned workers change DAILY - i have at least 25 names from UTLS and none of them are still there.

 

The only good news is they have hired more people and the phone does get answered some times.  And this past week, FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER IN 4 MONTHS, I GOT A CALL BACK AFTER LEAVING A MESSAGE!
