Just submitted a US Bank FHA application. 10-23-09. Let's see how long this takes. I don't have a contract yet and won't be placing the property on the market for another 2-3 weeks. But since it's an FHA I am starting the process. FHA will order an appraisal and come back with a "fair market value".

The 2nd is with PNC

Thanks James. I just took the listing today. Us Bank has the 1st and it's a FHA. So I'm going through the FHA process prior to placing the property on the market since the seller isn't moving out for about a month.

PNC Bank is difficult to get to a rep.
At least it was for me, this was my 1st one with them.
I am working with the rep below at this time.
Judy Fox direct line 412.762.8978 out of Pittsburg Penn.
She may help you with a number to get the items in to.
I received a run around for almost 2 weeks until this person called me.
I do have the items they requested and their financial form..

They are not too bad, they only have 40 negotiators and as of last month they had 40,000 files and we trying to get rid of them fast, they approved 2 for me last month.

Hi Jeff, How is US Bank to work with? I'm talking to a seller today who has US bank for a first and PNC for a 2nd. I haven't worked with either one of these lenders before.
