Just starting a shortsale Litton has the first with USAA haveing the HELOC. Does anyone have the phone number to fax the LOA and the short sale package?

Here is the short sale package- and NO I am not reducing the commission- my cleints have filed chapter 7 and never re-affirmed the 2nd or third note we are asking them to accept $1000 for both.($33k and $31K) Will keep everyone informed.

They just gave me a fax # 800-531-5717 for Auth. and only needs 45 minutes to receive and set-up. There until 10 PM! Let the games begin- I have a 2nd and a third with them and GMAC on the first with Auction set for Friday:)

They just came back to me with a response for a USAA 2nd that they have. They want 75% of the loan balance (bal approx 50k)in cash at closing. The first is underwater by about $100k. They want 35k in cash? Have to call them today.
