Comment by Eloise P Wexler II on June 24, 2012 at 2:09pm: Does anyone have any pointers to share about 'getting around Cenlar' which is the Servicer for the TWB loan on my Short Sale? These people evidently require that the property be listed for 90 days before they will look at any offers. Is this not in conflict with the shortened short sale timelines?
