How is everyone processes the multitude of calls that we make to the banks? I am doing this through the Activity Log but I wish that there was a separate Phone Log setup to mirror the calls we make. In other words, if the phone log already had the fields that we use... contact name, number, issue, etc. I have to turn the Activity Log into a phone log and I think this feature could be better. Any ideas?

I agree.............I wish there was a separate phone log. what I have been doing is if I call the bank, I label which mortgage and then in the subject line I state the name of the bank and phone number and then in body I note who I called and the call notes.
