I just got an approval one one that was submitted in mid-December (Freddie owned). It took five months. No sense of urgency there. Call center continually confused my seller who calls in regularly. I'm a tad surprised because I was warned by the negotiator, after she issued an approval letter, that we are still waiting on approval from the MI company, in the past that has been incorporated into my approval letters, but no mention at all in the letter. This is one that the seller had no idea whatsoever they even had MI on.

Saxon also uses a Servicing Company to do a lot of their short sales. The direct number there is 866-241-1901. The email is [email protected]. Saxon is also requiring 3 months bank statements and 3 most recent pay stubs.

Anyone dealing with loan mod with Saxon? I have a relative I'm helping to mod their loan. It was denied via HAMP and now we're asked to go through Saxon's own mod program. Anyone actually closed on a loan mod with Saxon directly? thanks for any feedback

Saxon is a hard one. They seem to have no sense of time or stressing everyone out!

Thanks, Jeff. The first time around I got the approval from Saxon but this time (same buyer, mind you) they shipped it over to this servicing co.

I am not sure of Hillbridge. the one I am working is with Saxon directly.

Make that Hillbridge.....not Bainbridge

Jeff, Great info! does anyone know how the email addresses work for the Saxon outsource company, I think it is Bainbridge? I need to escalate this ASAP and was told it was sent to Bainbridge who handles the overflow for Saxon. I got a name but no email address for the negotiator. Thanks.
