Is there someone to whom we can escalate

We submitted our package in September. Provided everything they asked for.

Latest update --- the negotiator said the investor wants the seller to do a HAFA short sale. What for? And will that take another four months?

Has anyone had any good luck with these people?

I had a reasonable experience with them on the one short sale I did with them. Took about 90 days start to finish. I submitted the short sale on 8/13/13 and got a response from the negotiator on 8/19/13.

Did you submit all your documents to [email protected]? That's the route I took.
