RES.NET - support for both Res.net and Res.net/AMP = 800-760-7036 Customer Service
They have a Feedback email address: [email protected]TO ENHANCE ..... Res.net - AMP
Res.net/AMP is under the same website as Res.Net. Once you pay for the enhancement - your profile is upgraded to AMP version. Here is what AMP can do for you and your business:By putting the full power of RES.NET in agents' hands, AMP allows agents to:
---Market Themselves To REO Asset Managers - By providing asset managers access to credentials, certifications, and marketing material at the time they are selecting listing agents, AMP agents gain a competitive advantage and better opportunities to expand their business.
--Access Prior Documents - Any BPOs, documents, photos or other files that are uploaded to RES.NET through AMP can be retrieved by the agent at any time in the future.
--Keep Records Of Past Activities - AMP maintains a history of all prior tasks and correspondence.
--See More Of What Asset Managers See - Agents now have access to more property data and task status information.
--Better Integration With The RES.NET Community - AMP improves communication and task management with RES.NET's network of leading real estate professionals.
I asked for a list of servicers that use Res.net and was told they could not give that out due to the privacy agreement they have with the servicers.
I will update as I hear and ask that you do the same.
