Being able to send messages to SVP and VP thru equator?

I have a short sale thru Equator with B of A at the last stages.  BPO was done, offer was countered and was told by negotiator the file will be reviewed by manager.

 

I called to check on updates and the task of reviewing the offer was due 2-24.  I asked for it to be escalated.  Meanwhile I found out that the people/dept responsible for reviewing the offer is SVP team (Senior Vice Presideent).

 

We are starting to get in panic mode because the trustee sale date is 3-3 and I emailed negotiator 2-25 to request for postponement.  He acknowledged and sent in the request.  2-26 5pm (today) still not postponed.

 

I emailed negotiator again thru Equator and found that I could also email SVP and VP.  So I tried it and it showed that my message was sent to neogtiator and also 2 other email addresses!  Assuming it might be someone up there...

 

Just wondering if anyone else has tried to play with some buttons and was successful?  Please share your stories...thanks!

I kept sending the negotiator emails and changing the subject every time like URGENT, please answer re:... , etc. And sometimes I would also cc SVP, VP, AVP, just tried different things. Negotiator finally responded and is willing to negotiate the 40k note, but n outcome yet. At least he answered his email.

Just an update, prom note has been taken off and we are going to closing mid april. We kept emailing the negotiator but that never worked. He was responding and then all of a sudden told us he no longer had the file and we need to speak with the closer. After they approved the short sale with the prom note, there was one task which gave us opportunity to upload docs and instead of uploading a settlement statement, we uploaded my seller's hardship and written letter that they will not accept the prom note. The closer looked at it and then the offer was back in negotiation stage with a new approval 6 days afterwards.
