How to find a referral agent

There are now three ways to find an agent to refer to.
***A referral is a real seller or buyer looking to buy or sell real estate. PLEASE do not use the email blast to tell others you will pay a referral fee. That is NOT a referral. It is spam. And it's not allowed.
First, you can type in City and/State in the search box that's there when you click on the new "Find An Agent" tab at the top of every page. But remember this search is only as good as the information that we enter into the site.
So please go to your profile and make sure you enter your State and city or cities. Just separate by commas and you can add multiple cities.
Secondly, if you are logged in to the site and place your cursor over the "Find An Agent" tab you will see a sub tab "Referral Map". Take a couple of minutes and add yourself to the map. This will link back to your profile.
Thirdly, you can send out a message to the members of this group. Just look right over there to the right and "Send Message to Group".

I have had two short sales accepted within the last week - one took about 6 weeks and the other took just 4 days! A far cry from my first one two years ago. It's great!

I am an agent in Cape Coral Florida. I have successfully completed many short sales! I will pay a 25% referral fee to any agent that refers me a seller. I work in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, St James City, Pine Island, Bookelia, Bonita Springs, Estero, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Let me know if anyone has sellers that may need my assistance!

i am in WI and specailize in short sales in the following cities: Appleton, Green Bay, Kaukauna, Kimberly, Combined Locks, Little Chute, Neenah, Menasha,
Counties: Brown, Calumet, Outagamie, Winnebago
I do about 20 short sales a year and have worked with all banks listed on this forum.

Hi to everyone. I just discovered this site and I'm pretty excited. In Sacramento CA, where I live and work, if a listing isn't an REO, it's a short sale! I have been doing short sales for a couple of years and have become more and more proficient with them. But I always like discussing situations and getting more information and tips.
