1)  Current Fixed up market value? (what would we sell the property for completely rehabbed and how quickly would it sell)
2)  Current as is market value? (in its current condition what would this property sell at to normal cash buyer)
3)  Cost to fix?
4)  Discounted purchase price I can buy it at? (60%, 70%, 80% of number 2 above?)
