RTR 2nd Lein

BOA is the first which I have an approval still working with RTR to get approval. I had heard that RTR does not allow relocation (HAFA) money back to the seller. Can anyone tell me if this is true?

I will be going through the same thing, however, CA law states they can not ask the seller for any money. This is in fact their money. At least that's my argument. Let me know how it goes for you?
