Filling out Form 710 fir Provident

When filling in Gross Monthly wages on this form must we include the after tax number?? As in the Net Pay on the Pay Stubs?? The reasdon I ask is because it results in a positive income without it and with it they are supremely underwater. This is the first time I have had a client that is this close to the edge of qualifying and have never had to ask.
