NEED HELP ESCALATING 1ST & 2ND
Does anyone have an escalation contact for PNC? I have a ss file with a 1st and 2nd with PNC (originally with PNC, no service transfers). Same negotiator & point of contact on both loans. The 2nd was closed last week because the negotiator noted that the 2nd was with Greentree (we have no idea where this came from and PNC pulls it up in their system whenever we call in). They refuse to reopen the file without the negotiator reviewing it, but the negotiator was removed from the file when she closed it. The 1st mortgage was closed because they didn't have an approval letter for the 2nd. I'm beyond frustrated and just need some help.

Is this with PNC Mortgage or PNC Bank? They are two different servicers and we process transactions with both of them regularly. In regards to the 2nd It's hard to know exactly what is going on from the outside, but it's possible the loan was service released to Green Tree or that there is a discrepancy on the servicers title report. Have you reached out to any supervisors or managers on the floor? I know we deal with several upper management contacts regularly who have been able to make magic happen in the past.
