Help! Need PNC loss mitigation manager contact info!
PNC nightmare. 1st and 2nd with PNC. Short sale process 7+ months.
We've had the 2nd approval 3x already with no more extension. Extension is expiring in 4 weeks!
PNC 1st keeps closing the file for docs we had no clue they wanted.
I need to get an executive involved.
Anyone have a number or contact for me?

FYI - just sent an email and Steven Cory's no longer at that address and neither is James Stockes. Hopefully the email still got through for Ron and Lori at PNC.
I am trying to get answers on a Freddie Mac short sale from November 2013. The net proceeds is coming back $14K over any recent SALE PRICE so how they or the BPO agent came up with the value makes no sense. They refuse to give copy of BPO/Apraisal or give us verbal BPO price stating its against PNC policy. Unable to speak with negotiator or credit analyst or anyone that actually is involved with the short sale process only customer service reps that are bascially untrained parrot heads that only are able to read the notes on the file and verify the loan information.
