I'm also hoping that someone can chime in on this as well to provide us with a direct contact. I've had a Short Sale already approved from the primary lien holder for over a month and the secondary lien-holder is serviced by PHH. Well, needless to say, this file has been "Under Review" by PHH since April 2010--over 3 months.
I was told that it usually takes them 90 days to process a Short Sale--far too long in my opinion considering that other banks such as Wells Fargo & BofA have stepped up to the plate to implement new systems to get Short Sales approved in 35 days on average.
I think if any other real estate agents are having the same issues, we need to find out the actual investor/lien-holder, whom of which PHH is servicing for our particular client. From there, we need to contact that lien-holder directly and make a former complaint to them in regards to the long delays and poor systems/service received from PHH--along with any additional supporting documentation (notes in your system). Also, if PHH or any other company is on the NYSE, then you can easily locate important contact information for the president etc. and work your way down filing a complaint. It has worked for me in the past. In any case, here's what I found:

Did you ever get anywhere with contact a CEO or VP for PHH? I sooo need to have a stalled file escalated before our 2nd buyer works.
