Hi everyone, I am currently working on a short sale for a client. Banco popular is the investor with PHH as the servicer. This is the 2nd time I have had to work the file as the first time they took so long buyer walked. Now they are saying that the BPO was "ordered" 3 weeks ago and they have no idea what is going on as to why we have not been contacted to schedule it. In response to my complaint as to what seller and buyer should be told the only thing they said was that short sale is at investor's discretion which has absolutely NOTHING to do with this issue. My case manager is not helping at all, and neither is her supervisor. If anyone has an escalation dept I would really appreciate it. They have already had this file for over a month and packet was sent in complete so they are really just so slow.
