Short Sale Denied

After over a year and calling 2 and 3 times a week, and 3 approval letters from the first I receive a letter from OCWEN saying " We are unable to offer you a short sale or deed in lieu because your loan has already reached its original maturity date" No What?

How much is still owed? Who is the investor on the loan? I can try to look into this for you, have you reached out to any escalation contacts at Ocwen?
