Oops Deb - never mind on that question - I just googled and got the answer - I need to find a way to escalate for VA loans now.

Monique, I have one now that has been a nightmare.  Some of the same issues you've mentioned.  Mine is an FHA Preforeclosure Sale.  I am escalating today to The National Servicing Center.

Good Morning - Has anyone had any luck with Loancare? I have had a file with them since March - a VA short sale and Cathy Jarboe is the assigned processor and also we have a negotiator assigned and no response. I also have another file with them - 2 months now and was told they cannot "escalate" the file for review until July 13th - which would be 45 days from the time it was assigned to a negotiator. If anyone has any higher contacts or suggestions I would appreciate it.

I've had an offer in with them since the beginning of January.  I call regularly and cannot get past their front line.  Recently 4/17/12 a negotiator was assigned, her name is Kathy/Cathy Jarboe.  Any idea how I can get through to her.  Front line will not give me an email address, and I've exhausted my searches.  Joanna Nash, was the processor and she was pretty good, but she's dropped it in the negotiator's lap and I've got nothing but silence on the other end of the line.  Any advice would be appreciated.  Candace

Does anybody have a phone number to escalate a file at LoanCare?  The negotiator stopped all communication as of May 24 after she received revised HUD1 that met the minimum net. We are ready to close, just waiting for approval letter. Her supervisor does not respond either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
