We are trying to get a payoff from Loancare. Not a short payoff, a full payoff. They are not responding in a timely way. We are ready to close and waiting on Loancare. Who can we contact to escalate? Thank you.

Thank you for adding me to this group.

I do have a question. Is there more loan information on Short sales and loan modifications? I did look up Loancare Servicing and was able to get 3 documents but I am wanting to know if there are added documents that I should also have and phone numbers to their departments. thanks for your help.

I'm trying to locate short sale documents for LoanCare.  Any suggestions?

I have the Loancare application.  I tried to upload the document but I'm not sure if it attached.  If it doesn't work, you can email me at [email protected]

t's the same application for either modification or short sale.  Just add the Purchase Contract, Listing Agreement and Estimated HUD.

Good Luck!

Does Loancare have a hardship/shortsale application for homeowners?

You can always buy using an LLC, but, the bank will want to see the LLC Articles showing who the Owners are.

Any real estate contract with a corp, has to provide their corporate documents including articles of operation.

That tell all parties who has the legal right to sign. So, I don't know how the bank/servicer could allow anything different.
