Litton not doing short sales until November 1st??

I called today to initiate a short sale with Litton and they told me they are not doing any short sales until November 1st. This is the first I have heard of this, any feedback on this from anyone?

I blasted Litton in a blog about a year ago and he called and fixed the problem ASAP. Also, try [email protected]

Hi Jared,
I am starting a Litton file. It's an 80/20 with Litton on both loans. Any tips or tricks? I'm guessing they want you to use the Loan Mod forms accessed via their website https://www.littonloan.com/fin_info_mod.asp. Has that been your experience? Thanks!!
