The only problem with being current with the impending hardship is that there is a more then likely chance that the MI or investor will ask for money at closing or a prom note. I have seen this over and over again, not just with IBM but with all lenders.

I'll say a little prayer for you Evelyn! My short sale has been in process since July...currently they are telling me the 3rd party auth expired (the form says it doesnt expire only if revoked) I guess they revoke them every 6 months, the new one has been faxed in since January 5th....they are still not able to talk to me. Sorry for venting! Truly wish you and your sellers good luck!

So far my experience with IBM has been ok. After one month of receiving the package they ordered the BPO. Hope my experience will hold up!

thank you for that info! Your reply brings me to another question please! I wasnt aware I could work IBM through Equator...on my drop down I only have the option of choosing BofA, Nationstar and Sevis one. am i missing something?
