1st is with US Bank and the 2nd is with Key Bank

I am a little Frustrated with Key Bank. Per US Bank who is the first they need an intent to release before they will issue an approval letter. Per Key Bank they will not write an intent to release letter they want full approval from the 1st (US Bank) and the investor on the first loan is Freddie Mac.

Please any help will be great .
