Has anyone come across such a situation where they pushed up the BPO, then they tell you to hurry up and counter and lets get it done before 10/20/2010. You send them the comps justifying your reasoning, they send you back the same email. ????????????????????????????????? Let's hurry up and get it done $25000 above value.
