Our estimated HUD-1's are just Net Sheets in a form that the reps are used to seeing. There is no need for us to use the new HUD-1's that will be required at closing.

I agree with Sean below. I think, if anything, the new huds would be confusing to submit with the package. Just the old fashioned 2 page net sheet works fine.

New HUD is for Primary Residences along with Good Faith Estimate info requirements for mortgage lending. zz

We have not had any lenders require us to send the revised 2010 HUD. We still submit the previous version and have not run into any issues. I would not worry about it until it is demanded by the major lenders for short sale negotiations.
