I just got a listing last night - both 1st & 2nd with HSBC - both cash out.

We called today to find out where to submit package, etc...and they said they are going to go ahead an order an Interior BPO...even without an offer.

Is this bazaar or what?

I personally have a home that has HSBC as the 2nd. Just submitted the package on Monday, I will let you know how it goes! Wells Fargo is the first so we are good to go there.

Did one with HSBC as 2nd lien holder. They signed off for 10% total release.
