Wendy, I've been working on a HomEq short sale since September 1, 2009. It looks as though we're very close to getting an approval. How do I go about ensuring that the "no deficiency judgement" language is in the approval letter?

Getting my first HomeEQ short sale listing this weekend. They hold the first and the borrowers 2nd was originally through them, but is now being serviced through a company called RealTime Resolutions, which I have never heard of
