Are loss mit options still available to homeowners after the Summary Judgment

I have a friend who is in foreclosure in Largo FL.  The final summary judgment is entered and the foreclosure sale is over 30 days away.  Can he still short sale the property??

He can certainly attempt to! Most lenders don't respond that quickly but I did have a short sale in a similar situation and successfully closed it in 21 days from the date I listed it. I was fortunate enough to get a very responsive loss mitigation representative assigned to the file with the lender which expedited the process. Having a very experienced short sale agent will be a necessity.
