Anyone have any suggestions on a better way to escalate a VA file through Flagstar?  We received an approval on May 16th, however, the approval letter was incorrect.  I immediately responded back to our rep and have not heard from her since then.  I have left numerous voicemails, internal requests, emails and escalated the file at least 4 times.  I have not been contacted back by anyone at Flagstar.  I contacted the office of the president today and they informed me that I needed to fill out a form and fax it into them.  My experience has been that the VA isn't much help in these situations.  Any advice??
