Anyone have a great contact in the VP or President's office?  Seller has not missed a payment, they owe $1,650,000, offer at $1,000,000. Value was approved however VP's office requested Seller come up with $600,000.  We countered at $50,000. Anyone have any suggestions? The hardship is the child in the house has been effected mold and water intrusion to the property, which has been remidiated and disclosed to Buyer.  Dr. says child needs to leave property ASAP.  Dr.'s letter on file, mold remediation repairs of almost $200,000 on file.  Any suggestions would be great.

They're going to play hardball until the borrower stops making payments.

FYI, we closed at $950,000 after the Seller missed 2 payments.
