There's actually a database you can buy, it's EXPENSIVE, but it has EVERY bank contact in the country including how many non-performing loans the bank has on it's books (it costs about $8000 as I recall).
There is a company that issues routing numbers to banks (there is only one company in the US that does this), they are the ones who sell the database.
It DOES again have direct contact information including email addresses for the girls and guys in charge of REO disbursements!!!
Looking for a bank contact to tell me the status of a high-end already foreclosed on Deutsche Bank property and whether an offer can be made since it's not formally on the market. I've heard once a bank takes posession it's hard to extract info. I've left the usual messages with DB's repo dept, but no response from a real person.
Anyone have a number to talk to anyone at Deutsche Bank?
Hi! I am currently trying to find a contact for our investor at Deutsche Bank. Our servicer, IndyMac, just wrote us a letter letting us know they are the investor. We are having a heck of a time with our short sale, and I am trying to find a higher up to email/call since I keep getting the run around and generic customer service numbers. Any help is great help! thanks!
Denied loan mod due to NPV , looking at the inputted data the value is about 50K off ( too high ) and the term of the new loan is only 244 months in lieu of 480.
When I tweek the numebrs I get an approval . The investor is DB and the servicer is B of A , should I appeal the decession to DB ?
Bad combo in my experience: GMAC and DB. And, you may have Radian in there as the MI. One year back, DB was pretty clueless about the realities of short-sales here in the US. My story is below dated 1/7. And, the conclusion of that story is that DB was not willing to give up $5K, and a YEAR later the property foreclosed with MUCH greater loss.
Just found out my GMAC short sale is now a Deutsche Bank short sale. If any one has some updated info on this bank that would be great. Thanks
Does anyone have a Deutsche Bank package?
@ Karen,
a standard letter of authorization is fine, they don't have their own form. You'll want to write down exactly when you sent the fax, because they'll ask when you sent it. They usually take 24 hours to enter it in their system.
