Hi Guys - I agree- Citi has ALL different numbers. I am going to leave the basic textbox info alone now. I think you must CALL in a general number, find out where they want you to do your business with them, then proceed!

I just called Citi and I was given an entirely different set of numbers too. I've done many with Citi and these numbers are all different than what I used for my last 2 transactions. THey are the WORST when it comes to changing numbers and the rules constantly.
I was given:

Let us all know when your client gets the letter from Citi to authorize you to represent them. They probably have not yet scanned your submission into their system.

last week I just submitted a Citi Short Sale and they didn't request their own authorization form; I had used my own. Isn't it funny, how some negotiators like to make their own rules.? anything to lengthen the process.
