My past experience with Citi was that was not their rule. I had a negoiated deal with Citi in less than 6 weeks - but junior lien holder demanded a note that teh divorce attorney recommended they not sign. I finally aborted the deal.

Who has heard that Citi wants listings on the market for six months prior to receiving an offer ?? One of my sellers was told that today.
