I got stuck with a negotiator on the 2nd loan that I can never reach. I left 3 voice mails (3 days in a row) just saying I need to speak to him about the file because we had a counter offer from the 1st loan.

 

He never called me back so I left a msg with his supervisor. 10 minutes after I called the supervisor, he called me, was VERY rude and then this morning I get this e-mail from him.  This was all it said.

 

 

"We just talked yesterday and now you are complaining to my supervisor?"

 

What an a-hole he is. But, I guess I need his help so I'll let it be.

Andrew - keep in mind the ONLY purpose of the ENTIRE loss mit. department is to get as much cash a possible for their Investors.....they push on agents and others (like what you experienced), b/c 9 times out of 10 IT WORKS!!!!!

Imagine you did NOT belong to this site and know otherwise, you would do EVERYTHING you could to come up with extra cash for them in order to get the deal done.....

They have teams of attorneys working AROUND THE CLOCK to come up with "snippy" little responses like that.....

As always, play nice, escalate, then circumvent Chae and contact the Investor directly to get this done
