Has anyone had success with getting a file fast tracked after approval and needing to substitute the buyer for a new one? I have had plenty of advice from my negotiators and customer service and both point their finger at the other. One says the negotiator has to do it and the negotiator says customer service needs to fast track the file..I have tried both ways and have been unsuccessful. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!

LOL, typical with Chase. They used to be the best lender for shorts now they are among the worst. Contact the executive office and tell them that one is blaming the other and you seek their assistance to sort the mess out.
