I asked to speak to a supervisor at Chase, they informed me that they did not have supervisors that took phone calls on the floor. I almost laughed if I wasn't so frustrated.

LOL! You have to go to the executive office with Chase when they misbehave!
thanks - glad I could make you laugh. :)
Chase also can only "internally" transfer you! They crack me right up! Those poor people who get paid $5/hr. to be Chase's first line of defense.....They are only saying what they're told to!
My Motto is to call until you get the answer you want. Which I was able to do! Yeah for persistance!

Don't hate the negotiators (you will RARELY see me stick up for "them"), they are hourly persons sitting in cubicles all day....they get paid to read off of scripts and do what they are told.

Call these 2 numbers with issues:
Executive Resolution Group for Chase, 866-605-9253
or
888-310-7995 (Executive office for Chase) - EXCELLENT number

If you do not get things worked out, contact me at [email protected] and I will giv eyou direct contacts, names, number, e-mails, etc.
Thank you. You Rock!

I did not lose my temper. I just found myself in the rabbit hole. I wish they were all given the same script though. You don't get the same answer twice.

So here is my hold up. I submitted an offer to chase back in February along with all the documentation. Then was assigned a neg in April and had to resubmit all new financial documentation. In May Chase countered and buyer accepted. Was told the numbers looked great. After weeks of not hearing from the neg I contacted Executive office 888-310-7995. Was assigned to Debbie. Spoke to her couple times who said she will contact neg and get in touch with me... Now answer. Finally last week I heard from Maria the neg who said she should have an approval soon but need an updated BPO. BPO was completed and submitted to Chase on 6/10.

Again nego goes MIA. Called Debbie again at the neg office. She told me I need to "chill" out and just let it go through the process. Apparantly she saw BPO just ordered and thought it was in the early stages. Advised her if it was in the early stages I wouldnt be contacting the executive office. She then realize it's been in the works since February. She said she needs to research and get back to me

Anyways - any insights or can I call the executive office and ask to talk to someone other than Debbie? HELP please.
Any email address for Executive office?
Sherry -- next move for you, find out whot he ivenstor is on the note and get THEM involved in the nonsense.
Thanks Ben. I cant believe this chick from the Executive office told me to "chill out"... Is there a way beside calling to get that information that I can find out who the investor is... Might take another month to get that information from them.
You guy's this is my first time posting, but if you guys need upper managements information for any shortsale let me know i have wonderous connections at Chase that will get me the information that i need.

Thanks!

Rich
