Capital One cut total commission from 6% to 3.85%!!

Anyone out there have a good management contact at Capital One?

Have a short sale that asked for a 6% commission. Capital One negotiator reduced the total commission to 3.85% and said she would not budge. Take it or leave it.

Advice please needed asap!

Contact name where I can go over her head? Strategy?
