Starting a BB&T VA Compromise Sale in Crestview Florida.
Just closed a BBandT file today in Bahama NC it had 3 liens all with BBandT.
This was a challenge but we were able to increase the purchase price to absorb the promissory note.

Just wanted to let you all know we had an approval with BB&T yesterday..It was a 1st, 2nd and 3rd all negotiated with different departments.
We were able to raise the buyers offer to help cover the 3rd lien. The process took around 8 weeks and BB&T were very helpful!
We will move forward with closing!
Just wanted to comment that I received short sale approval yesterday on an FNMA loan that was submitted Nov. 11th - two months exactly. Seller getting moving incentive. Interesting that the bank would not allow deed preparation/attorney fee on the HUD. No other hassles and the negotiator was responsive!
I hope I'm not repeating a question in here that's already answered, but I don't have time to read all of the posts.
My Seller has high BPO. Apparently, Freddie Mac doesn't even do drive-by's. They go according to comps. The listing is in an affluent residential/business district, however this particular condo is NOT ever going to fetch the price the bank has in its head. I have 2 questions:
1. Is it true that Freddie Mac will consider lowering it's expectations if it has an appraisal from an FHA Certified Appraiser?
2. Is it possible to get Freddie Mac to drop all of their additional charges to the loan such as; accrued interest, late charges, escrow advance charges, fees, etc.?
With the added fees, etc., we are looking at a loan satisfaction equaling $137,000 as opposed to $113,000. Any suggestions?

freddie owns the 1st,
both are all acquisition debt, both are current, home is under water, seller is getting new job out of state - how to get 2nd release with least pain and what are credit consequences moving forward ?
