Passed final QA review, is under review by upper management
Passed final QA review and is under final review by upper management. How long does this usually take? What exactly does this mean? We've been in this since January.

You asr very close to getting the approval. They are just making sure all of the documents are in order. About 48 hours turn around has been my experience.

The original offer on home was $99,900. The bank countered at $115k. The appraisal was done and it came in at $112k through mortgage appraisal (with mold in attic and plumbing needing to be replaced) countered back at $110k. That was three weeks ago. The bank has ordered another valuation of property, it's been through QA, and now we're just waiting

You should get a counter in Equator to accept and within 72 hours approval from that point.
