My client received a HAFA Short Sale letter from AMS indicating the price they would accept. My clients have found a buyer and executed a purchase and sales agreement. Loan assigned to me in Equator but negotiator isn't assigning tasks. I received one task: to upload 3rd party authorization, which was completed 2 weeks ago. Without a task to upload purchase and sales agreement, I cannot upload it.
I have faxed sales agreement. Left a couple voicemails and e-mails with negotiatior. I have also tried tweeting. No response.
Any suggestions?

AMS is definitely behind in assigning "asset managers" and getting some things done. BOA has a big disconnect via Equator to UTLS/LRC/AMS. You need to call AMS to escalate, ask, etc. Almost anything you do with Equator and these folk you had better call in to make sure that they saw it, etc.
I've been escalating to get an asset manager assigned. If this continues, I'll make a quick call to the BOA SS reps - I find sometimes they are familiar with such a problem and have their own escalation that they can do. Beyond that, you are out in left field. The best thing after that is probably going to the top of the rep chain - call the office of the president and push it from there - they have the political sensitivity to know that if AMS is slacking, it is BOA who hired them and it is BOA's problem.
