I have been working on one since July 26th, supposively it was approved but sitting in bankruptcy department waiting on discharge letter. We have been calling for the last 2 weeks to get a status and to verify they received the new HUD, but we keep getting the run around. they keep indicating that the file has not been uploaded yet? Is anyone else getgting this? can someone pleae give me some kind of advice ????

I'm getting same run around about my authorization, though I know for a fact, have talked to several people, that I am authorized on the acct. BofA and Cwide did some equipment changes--or so the story goes--and so not every Customer Serv. clerk has all the same info as the next one. If you ask whomever you're speaking to, to please check with the Escalation Dept., they have the "I-Portal" system, maybe they can look it up for you. I have to go thru this dance every time I call. That may be part of the reason they haven't uploaded the file yet (even though they have it and don't know it).
