FHLMC and RFD letter?

In AZ. Equator task to upload the FHLMC and RFD letter. I've searched and searched, and asked, and can't find the answer. Does anyone know what these forms are? I'm familiar with the new 4 required forms but none include these acronyms.

Just found the FHLMC, it's the Freddie Mac Addendum. I've attached a copy.
