AGAIN !! There are issues arose while the EQ was being updated.
Some of my files got closed out w/out any notifications. Actually, two of them got the final approval and waiting for the settlement. I've tried to find out causes but ended up getting no responses. I really don't have any ideas that why BOA doesn't try to fix these problems. All of my associates were not able to initiate the S/S today. I've disputed this matter to executive escalation team (directly from the president) today and i'm not hoping to get an answer from them except re-initiate the case again. However, I have done it three time for now. At this point, the only thing i can do is praying that BOA may consider this comment.

BofA is too complex to do anything but have you restart a short sale - they have mediocre quality control in their programming and forms and no way to start something part way through a process - they must start from the beginning. Their "expertise" hit us on several files, some multiple times and as they changed their requirements for some forms, killed files because of that, etc. Not unusual for BofA. If you were around when they put in Equator (REOTRANS), you would have seen a huge mess of files being destroyed all over the place.
You used the term "dispute" which implies that you and BofA know what the problem is but you disagree. If that is the case, you are up against a company that ignores judges orders and forecloses on people who don't even have a BofA mortgage. They have a lot of money to pay lawyers to do as they wish. It is highly unlikely that you will find someone at BofA to see what is ethical and right - just because we see repeatedly that others are ignored even after a judge tells BofA to do the right thing.
