Lost contact with our negotiator at Aurora! Need contact info for upper management/undewriter!

We have been working a short sale with Aurora Bank, FSB for months now with minimal communication from negotiators and/or underwriters. We are not getting responses from our negotiator and our sale date is looming. Please share any information or contacts you have. We'd prefer email contacts but a phone number would be great too...as high up the chain as we can get!!
