If you are having problems with negotiator at Aurora you can call 866-420-3167 and let them know what the issue is and they will follow up for you.

This is the Executive Office for complaints. The person I spoke with had access to the file and was able to see what was going on and determined that it needed to be forwarded to the Manager. Hopefully, this will help me move this file forward.
